Request for Dispensations: the Clerk to report any requests received since the previous meeting for dispensations to speak and/or vote on any matter where a member has a disclosable pecuniary interest. To receive any other declarations by members of interests in respect of items on this agenda.

Update on progress since last meeting – reinstallation of light near Calva/Parish Hall and removal of Hesket Newmarket street lights .

i) Caldbeck Parish Highways priorities
ii) EI/18856 – Upton potholes/resurfacing – gully clean has been undertaken.
iii) EI/18857 – Warning signs at Faulds Brow and Wath Brow – Faulds Brow installed
iv) EI/18934 – Sign at Blue Gates after car accident 8 August 2021
v) EI/18936 – Snowhill damaged sign post
vi) EI/18937 – Historic sign post Hesket Bridge
vii) Midtown blocked gulley.
viii) Boxes for storing flood hydrosacks in Hesket Newmarket – complete.
ix) Bench repairs and cleaning – some done.
x) Blocked drainage ditches on Caldbeck Common above Knocker House.
xi) November 22nd was Caldbeck Village tidy morning
xii) EI/21838- Sign on road near Park End.
xiii) EI/23716 – Blocked gully and raised manhole cover – Cleaned out
