“Memories of Christmas” at St Kentigern’s Church, Caldbeck
Friday 30 Nov – Sunday 2 December
25 Christmas trees and other exhibits decorating the Church
Open for viewing 2-6pm daily. Entry £4 (accompanied children free)
A real community event, with trees decorated by individuals and local groups.
Special events throughout the Festival week-end include:
Friday at 7.30pm: “Christmas Past” a Flower Demonstration by north-west demonstrator, Patti Dawson, from Morland.
Tickets £7.50, to include mulled wine and a mince pie; tickets available from Caldbeck and Hesket Newmarket Village Shops.
Saturday at 10am – 12noon: Workshop for children; come and make seasonal decorations. Free session
Saturday at 7.30pm: “Christmas Trees & Christmas Treats” – a light hearted Christmas treat from Caldbeck Players and friends. Tickets £8, to include mulled wine and a mince pie; tickets available from Caldbeck and Hesket Newmarket Village Shops.
Sunday 6.30pm: Closing service, “Advent Praise”
