1    Apologies. To receive apologies for absence.

2    Minutes. To authorise the chairman to sign the minutes of the ordinary meeting held on 3rd November 2008 as a true record (copy enclosed)

3    Declaration of Interest.  Members are invited to declare any personal interests and any personal interests, which are prejudicial, relating to any item on the agenda.

4    Public Participation. The Chairman will adjourn the meeting to allow members of the public an opportunity to ask questions and raise matters of interest.
